摘要 按照先进制造业的发展要求,基于热浸镀锌产品的性能优势,人们对热浸镀锌产品需求日益增多。根据低碳节能和环保的相关要求,升级原有的落后生产工艺和设备,采用先进的自动化生产线,是批量热镀锌行业的发展方向。因此,从实际出发,研究自动化批量热浸镀锌生产线的设计,实现了产业化应用。 According to the development requirements of advanced manufacturing industry, based on the performance advantages of hot-dip galvanized products, the demand for hot-dip galvanized products is increasing. According to the relevant requirements of low-carbon energy saving and environmental protection, upgrading the original backward production technology and equipment, and adopting advanced automated production systems is the development direction of batch hot-dip galvanizing industry. Based on the actual situation, this paper studies the design of automatic batch hot-dip galvanizing production system and realizes industrial application.
