基于关键词共现图谱的商业模式创新驱动因素与影响效应研究综述

Summary of Research on the Driving Factors and Impact Effects of Business Model Innovation Based on Keyword Co-occurrence Map

在数字经济时代,商业模式创新成为中国企业提升竞争力的重要途径,也是中国战略管理学者关注的重要问题。通过搜集整理国内管理学核心期刊上有关商业模式创新的40篇定量实证研究文献,梳理商业模式创新的4种变量角色(因变量、自变量、中介变量、调节变量),运用关键词共现图谱识别其他核心变量的4个研究层次(个人、组织、组织间、外部环境),归纳了商业模式创新驱动因素及影响效应的现有分析框架,并基于什么、如何、为何以及边界等4个理论构成要素探讨了现有商业模式创新研究的不足和未来展望,以期为进一步开展商业模式创新的实证研究提供参考和借鉴。

In the era of the digital economy,Business Model Innovation has become an important way for Chinese companies to enhance their competitiveness,and an important issue for Chinese strategic management scholars.In recent years,there has been more and more research a growing number of studies on Business Model Innovation.Considering the continuous emergence of Business Model Innovation practices of Chinese enterprises in the Internet era,this paper mainly focuses on how domestic scholars carry out research on business model innovation.Based on the 40 quantitative empirical research literature on Business Model Innovation in mainstream management journals of China,this study considers four variable types of Business Model Innovation(dependent variable,independent variable,mediator,and moderator),identifies four research levels of other core variables(individual,organizational,inter-organizational,and external environment)through keyword co-occurrence maps,and summarizes the existing analysis framework of determinants and effects of Business Model Innovation.Then,based on the four theoretical components of what,how,why,and boundary conditions,we discuss the shortcomings of the existing research and provide some research directions for further empirical research on Business Model Innovation.The findings of this paper are as follows:first,in terms of the constructs and variables of Business Model Innovation research,it is necessary to develop a new classification and measurement system for Business Model Innovation from a broader theoretical perspective in the future,and deepen the understanding and measurement of the components of business model and their relationship recombination.Moreover,new dependent variables(such as enterprise failure and enterprise behavior)other than enterprise success performance can be constructed to reveal the impact of Business Model Innovation more widely.It is also necessary to strengthen Business Model Innovation as a moderating variable to investigate the influence of individuals,organizations,inter-organizational and external environmental factors on corporate performance(or behavior).And also,it is necessary to strengthen the research of the external environment and interorganizational network on the Business Model Innovation process.Second,in terms of the theoretical construct relationship of Business Model Innovation research,it is necessary to expand the research on Business Model Innovation from three dimensions:linear and nonlinear,one-way and two-way,static and dynamic.Third,in terms of the theoretical explanation mechanism of Business Model Innovation research,future research needs to consider the relationship between a theoretical application and theoretical development in the field of Business Model Innovation,as well as the relationship between single-theory application and multi-theory integration in the field of Business Model Innovation,so as to further strengthen the legitimacy of Business Model Innovation research in academia.Fourth,in terms of the theoretical boundary of Business Model Innovation research,future research needs to expand the research level of Business Model Innovation and strengthen the cross-level analysis between different levels.At the same time,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on how enterprise Business Model Innovations arise and function in different industries and regional contexts.
