基于同理心的心理护理对急性阑尾炎患者疼痛程度及心理应激反应的影响研究

目的研究基于同理心的心理护理对急性阑尾炎患者疼痛程度、心理应激反应、睡眠质量及护理满意度的影响。方法选取2019年2月至2021年10月在苏州工业园区星塘医院接受急性阑尾炎手术的92例患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,各46例。对照组采用常规护理,试验组则在常规护理的基础上实施基于同理心的心理护理。采用视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)、症状自评量表(symptom check list 90,SCL-90)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)和纽卡斯尔护理服务满意度量表(Newcastle satisfaction with nursing scale,NSNS)对比两组术前、术后各时间段(12h、24h、48h、72h)的疼痛程度,护理前后的心理应激反应、睡眠质量,以及护理满意度。结果术后各时间段,试验组的VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,试验组的SCL-90、PSQI评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的NSNS评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急性阑尾炎患者采用基于同理心的心理护理,能减轻其术后疼痛程度,改善其心理应激反应和睡眠质量,提高护理满意度。

Objective To study the effects of psychological nursing based on empathy on pain degree,psychological stress response,sleep quality and nursing satisfaction of patients with acute appendicitis.Method A total of 92 patients undergoing mcute appendicitis surgery in Xingtang Hospital,Suzhou Industrial Park from February 2019 to October 2021 were selected and divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group adopted routine nursing,and the experimental group implemented psychological nursing based on empathy on the basis of routine nursing.Visual analogue scale(VAS),symptom check list 90(SCL-90),Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQL)and Newcastle satisfaction with nursing scale(NSNS)were used to compare the pain degree,psychological stress response and sleep quality of the two groups before and after surgery(12h,24h,48h,72h).And nursing satisfaction.Result VAS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group at each postoperative time,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,SCL-90 and PSQI scores of the experimentai group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The NSNS score of experimental group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing based on empathy for patients with acute appendicitis can reduce the degree of postoperative pain,imp rove their psychological st「ess r esponse and sleep quality,imp rove nursi ng satisfaction.
