摘要
骨关节炎是最常见的退行性关节疾病。软骨细胞的线粒体功能障碍已被证明与骨关节炎有关。在sirtuin家族成员中,Sirtuin 3(Sirt3)主要位于线粒体中,主要发挥其脱乙酰活性来调节线粒体功能。线粒体相关功能的稳定可以维持细胞氧化还原稳态,以防止细胞代谢中过多的氧化应激。本综述讨论Sirt3介导的线粒体内稳态对骨关节炎产生的影响和对软骨细胞潜在的保护机制。
Osteoarthritis is the most common degenerative joint disease.The mitochondrial dysfunction of chondrocytes has been proved to be related to osteoarthritis.Among the members of the sirtuin family,sirtuin 3(Sirt3)is mainly located in mitochondria and plays its deacetylation activity to regulate mitochondrial function.The stability of mitochondria related functions can maintain the redox homeostasis of cells to prevent excessive oxidative stress in cell metabolism.In this review,we discussed the effect of Sirt3 mediated mitochondrial homeostasis on osteoarthritis and the potential protective mechanism for chondrocytes.
