高频彩超与核磁共振对早期乳腺癌的诊断价值分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨早期乳腺癌患者采取高频彩超、核磁共振的诊断效用。方法 研究选取濮阳市安阳地区医院2019年1月至2021年12月收治的100例疑似乳腺癌患者为研究对象。100例患者依次接受高频彩超检查、核磁共振检查、病理检查等,以病理检查结果为标准,对高频彩超、核磁共振、联合检查的阳性检出率、灵敏度、特异度、准确率进行比较。结果 100例疑似患者检出病灶结节共123个,其中恶性病灶77个,良性病灶46个。联合检查恶性检出率高于高频彩超检查、核磁共振检查,且核磁共振检查恶性检出率高于高频彩超检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合检查的灵敏度、特异度及准确率均高于高频彩超检查、核磁共振检查,且核磁共振检查灵敏度、特异度及准确率高于高频彩超检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 核磁共振对早期乳腺癌的诊断效果优于高频彩超,而联合核磁共振及高频彩超进行检查,能够进一步提升诊断效果。 Objective To explore the diagnostic efficacy of high-frequency color doppler ultrasound and nuclear magnetic resonance imaging in early breast cancer patients.Methods The study selected 100 suspected breast cancer patients admitted to the Anyang District Hospital of Puyang City from January 2019 to December 2021 as the study subjects.A total of 100 patients received high-frequency color ultrasound examination,nuclear magnetic resonance examination and pathological examination in turn.The positive detection rate,sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of high-frequency color ultrasound,nuclear magnetic resonance and joint examination were compared based on the pathological examination results.Results A total of 123 lesions were detected in 100 suspected patients,including 77 malignant lesions and 46 benign lesions.The malignant detection rate of combined examination was higher than that of high-frequency color doppler examination and MRI examination,and the malignant detection rate of MRI examination was higher than that of high-frequency color doppler examination,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of combined examination were higher than that of high-frequency color ultrasound and MRI,and the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of MRI were higher than that of high-frequency color ultrasound,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion MRI is better than high-frequency color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of early breast cancer,and the combination of MRI and high-frequency color doppler ultrasound can further improve the diagnosis effect.
