23G微创玻璃体切割系统联合Resight非接触式广角镜在玻璃体视网膜疾病患者眼前眼后联合手术中的应用效果

Application Effect of 23G Minimally Invasive Vitrectomy System Combined with Resight Non-contact Wide-angle Lens in Anterior and Posterior Combined Surgery for Patients with Vitreoretinal Disease

目的 分析23G微创玻璃切割系统和Resight非接触式广角镜联合应用在玻璃体视网膜疾病患者眼前后节联合手术中的临床价值。方法 将2018年1月至2020年6月洛阳博爱眼科医院收治的134例玻璃体视网膜疾病患者列入研究分析之中,按照随机数字表法分组方式,将患者随机分成对照组(67例)与观察组(67例)。在眼前后节联合手术中,对照组应用23G微创玻璃切割系统,观察组同时联合Resight非接触式广角镜,对患者完成眼部疾病干预。比较两组患者治疗有效率、术后并发症发生率和手术成功率。结果 观察组患者治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者手术成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 眼前后节联合手术中23G微创玻璃体切割系统联合Resight非接触式广角镜的应用效果较为显著,能够提高手术的成功几率与治疗有效率,值得临床应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of 23G minimally invasive glass cutting system and Resight non-contact wide-angle lens in combined anterior and posterior segment surgery for vitreoretinal diseases.Methods A total of 134 patients with vitreoretinal disease admitted to Luoyang Boai Eye Hospital from January 2018 to June 2020 were included in the study analysis.According to the random number table method,the patients were randomly divided into a control group(67 cases)and an observation group(67 cases).In the combined operation of anterior and posterior segments,a 23G minimally invasive glass cutting system was used in the control group,while Resight non-contact wide-angle lens was used in the observation group to complete the intervention of eye diseases.The treatment effective rate,postoperative complication rate,and operation success rate were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The success rate of operation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of 23G minimally invasive vitrectomy system combined with Resight non-contact wide-angle lens in combined anterior and posterior segment surgery is significant,which can improve the success rate of surgery and treatment efficiency,and is worthy of clinical application.
