心身护理对物理治疗压力性尿失禁患者心理健康的干预效果分析

Psychosomatic Nursing Intervention Effect Analysis on Mental Health of Patients with Stress Urinary Incontinence in Physical Therapy

目的 分析心身护理对物理治疗压力性尿失禁患者心理健康的干预效果。方法 选取登封市人民医院肛肠科2020年7月至2021年7月收治的80例行物理治疗的压力性尿失禁患者为研究对象,利用随机数字表法分为两组,各40例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取心身护理,3个月后测定焦虑评分(SAS)、抑郁评分(SDS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、盆底肌肉锻炼自我效能评分(BPMSES)、尿失禁生活质量评分(I-QOL),统计护理满意率并进行对比。结果 护理前两组患者SAS评分、SDS评分、PSQI评分、BPMSES评分、I-QOL评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理3个月后两组SAS评分、SDS评分、PSQI评分低于护理前,BPMSES评分、I-QOL评分高于护理前,且观察组的SAS评分、SDS评分、PSQI评分低于对照组,BPMSES评分、I-QOL评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意率(92.50%)高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 心身护理能够改善物理治疗压力性尿失禁患者心理健康水平及睡眠质量与护患关系、提升其自我效能及生存质量。

Objective To analyze the intervention effect of psychosomatic nursing on the mental health of patients with stress urinary incontinence in physical therapy.Methods A total of 80 patients with stress urinary incontinence who underwent physical therapy admitted to the Anorectal Department of Dengfeng People’s Hospital from July 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group using a random number table method.The control group took routine care,and the observation group took psychosomatic care.After 3 months,the anxiety score(SAS),depression score(SDS),Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),pelvic floor muscle exercise self-efficacy score(BPMSES),quality of life score(I-QOL)and nursing satisfaction rate were compared between two groups.Results The SAS score,SDS score,PSQI score,BPMSES score,and I-QOL score of the two groups of patients before nursing were compared,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After 3 months of nursing,the SAS score,SDS score,PSQI score were lower than those before nursing,BPMSES score and I-QOL score were higher than those before nursing,and SAS score,SDS score,PSQI score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,BPMSES score,I-QOL score were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 92.50%, which was higher than 80.00% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Psychosomatic care can improve the mental health level and the relationship between the quality of sleep and the nurse-patient in patients with stress urinary incontinence in physical therapy, and enhance their self-efficacy and quality of life.
