综合护理措施在地塞米松治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎中的应用效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Measures in the Treatment of Children with Viral Myocarditis with Dexamethasone

目的 观察地塞米松治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎中综合护理措施的价值。方法 选取2021年8月至2021年12月郑州大学附属儿童医院收治的74例小儿病毒性心肌炎作为实验样本,按照随机观察法等分为两组,对照组为基础护理,观察组进行综合护理,两组患者护理前后分别进行负性情绪评分比较、护理质量评分比较、治疗有效率、护理满意度比较及两组患者生活质量评分比较。结果 护理前,观察组和对照组的负性情绪评分、护理质量评分、生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组负性情绪评分更低,护理质量评分、治疗有效率、满意度、生活质量评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 小儿病毒性心肌炎进行综合护理时可有效缓解负性情绪,提升护理质量,显著改善生活质量,有临床应用价值。

Objective To observe the value of comprehensive nursing measures in the treatment of children with viral myocarditis with dexamethasone.Methods A total of 74 cases of pediatric viral myocarditis admitted to the Children's Hospital Affiliated with Zhengzhou University from August 2021 to December 2021 were selected as experimental samples and divided into two groups according to random observation.The control group received basic nursing,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing.Negative emotion score,nursing quality score,treatment efficiency,nursing satisfaction,and quality of life score were compared before and after care in the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in negative emotion score,nursing quality score,and quality of life score between the observation group and control group(P>0.05).After nursing,the negative emotion score of the observation group was lower,and the score of nursing quality,treatment efficiency,satisfaction,and quality of life was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing for children's viral myocarditis can effectively relieve negative emotions,improve nursing quality,significantly improve quality of life,and have clinical application value.
