漏斗实验模式在临床检验实习带教中的应用价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨漏斗实验模式在临床检验实习带教中的应用价值。方法 选取2020年3月至2020年4月在河南神火集团总医院临床检验科实习的60名实习生作为研究对象,按照随机数字表达法将其分为试验组(30例)与对照组(30例),对照组接受常规带教模式,试验组则采用漏斗实验模式进行带教,观察两组实习考核情况及实习生满意评分、培训前后综合素养(批判性思维能力、岗位胜任力)。结果 入组时,试验组、对照组实习生理论考试、技能考核评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。出科室时,试验组、对照组理论考试、技能考核评分均显著提高,试验组提高幅度显著大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组实习生临床操作出错率显著低于对照组,实习生对带教满意度评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。培训前两组批判性思维能力、岗位胜任力相关维度(技能、知识、特征和品质)分值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),培训后两组批判性思维能力、岗位胜任力相关维度分值较培训前增高,且试验组批判性思维能力、岗位胜任力相关维度分值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在临床检验实习带教中采用漏斗实验模式有助于提高实习生理论、临床技能,增强批判性思维能力、岗位胜任力,提高临床带教质量。 Objective To explore the application value of funnel experiment model in clinical laboratory practice teaching.Methods A total of 60 interns who practiced in the clinical laboratory department of Henan Shenhuo Group General Hospital from March 2020 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the test group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases)according to the random number expression method.The control group accepted the conventional teaching mode,and the test group adopted the funnel experiment mode for teaching,the practice assessment,the satisfaction score of the interns and comprehensive quality before and after training(critical thinking ability,post competence)were observed in the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of theoretical examination and skill examination between the test group and the control group(P>0.05).At the time of leaving the department,the scores of theoretical examination and skill examination in the test group and the control group were significantly improved,and the improvement range of the test group was significantly greater than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical operation error rate of interns in the test group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the score of interns'satisfaction with teaching was significantly higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Before the training,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of critical thinking ability and related dimensions of post competence (skills, knowledge, characteristics and quality) between the two groups (P > 0.05). After the training, the scores of critical thinking ability and related dimensions of post competence in the two groups were higher than those before the training, and the scores of critical thinking ability and related dimensions of post competence in the test group were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The funnel experiment model in clinical laboratory practice teaching is helpful to improve the interns' theory and clinical skills, enhance their critical thinking ability, post competence, and improve the quality of clinical teaching.
