基于循证医学理念的文献阅读报告带教模式探讨

摘要 目的 建立文献阅读报告带教模式。方法 通过摸底调研和带教实践分析文献阅读报告中存在的问题,明确开展文献阅读报告的目的和运用价值,基于循证医学理念制订文献阅读报告的带教流程,并运用于带教实践。结果 提炼了教学目标设定、集中授课及示范、文献阅读选题、文献检索与筛选、指导写作、现场汇报指导各环节的带教要点。结论 基于循证医学理念的文献阅读报告带教模式可促进带教老师高效地完成教学任务,同时帮助学员顺利地参与循证临床实践。 Objective To establish a teaching mode of literature reading report.Methods The problems in the literature reading report were analyzed by the investigation and teaching practice,the purpose and application value of the literature reading report were clarified,and the teaching process of the literature reading report was formulated based on the evidence-based medicine and applied to the teaching practice.Results The key points of teaching in various links such as teaching goal setting,centralized teaching and demonstration,topic selection of literature reading,searching and screening of literature,guiding writing and on-site reporting were extracted.Conclusion The teaching mode of literature reading report based on the evidence-based medicine can promote teachers to complete teaching tasks efficiently and help students to participate in the evidence-based clinical practice smoothly.
