N6-甲基腺苷甲基化在卵巢癌中的作用机制研究进展

摘要 目的 探讨N6-甲基腺苷(m6A)甲基化在卵巢癌中的作用机制。方法 检索相关文献,总结m6A甲基化调节蛋白在卵巢癌发生、发展和化学治疗(简称化疗)耐药中的作用及机制。结果 m6A甲基化调节蛋白m6A甲基转移酶、m6A去甲基转移酶和m6A结合蛋白在卵巢癌的发生、发展中参与调控卵巢癌的增殖、侵袭、凋亡等生物学过程,并与卵巢癌的化疗耐药及预后密切相关。结论 m6A甲基化相关研究可为改善卵巢癌化疗耐药性及指导新型靶向药物的研究提供参考。 Objective To investigate the mechanism of N6-methyladenosine(m6A)methylation in the ovarian cancer.Methods The relevant studies were searched to summarize the role and mechanism of m6A methylation regulatory proteins in the occurrence,development and chemotherapy resistance of ovarian cancer.Results The m6A methylation regulatory proteins m6A methyltransferase,m6A demethyltransferase and m6A binding protein were involved in regulating the biological processes of ovarian cancer such as proliferation,invasion and apoptosis during the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer,and were closely related to the chemotherapy resistance and prognosis of ovarian cancer.Conclusion The relevant studies of m6A methylation can provide a reference for improving the chemotherapy resistance of ovarian cancer and guiding the research of novel targeted drugs.
