摘要
目的 探索突发公共卫生事件背景下乡村医生所需具备的能力,构建乡村医生胜任力评价指标体系,为乡村医生的专项选聘与培养提供依据。方法 采用文献研究、专题小组讨论、行为事件访谈、问卷调查等研究方法,形成乡村医生的胜任力特征,构建评价体系,并进行实证研究。结果 确定了六大模块和50项胜任力因子及其权重,形成突发公共卫生事件背景下乡村医生岗位胜任力模型及评价体系。通过实证研究,得出81.6%现有乡村医生实际能力达不到在公共卫生事件突发的情况下进行应对的能力。结论 乡村医生胜任力评价指标体系可为乡村医生的人才招聘、岗前培训、职业规划以及人才培养提供参考依据。
Objective To explore the capabilities that rural doctors need to have under the background of public health emergencies, and to build a competency evaluation index system for rural doctors, so as to provide a basis for the specific selection and training of rural doctors. Methods We adopted research methods such as literature research, focus group discussion, behavioral event interview and questionnaire survey to form the competency characteristics of rural doctors, build an evaluation system and conduct an empirical research. Results Six modules and 50 competency factors and their weights were determined, forming a competency model and evaluation system for rural doctors in the context of public health emergencies. Through the empirical research, it was concluded that 81.6% of the rural doctors were unable to cope with public health emergencies. Conclusions The competency evaluation index system of rural doctors can be used to provide reference for the recruitment, pre-job training, career planning and personnel training of rural doctors.
