基于亲母细胞“印迹模板”外泌体载体水通道的经络运行物质基础探讨 被引量:1

摘要 经络理论是进行中医针灸与推拿、中药归经和临床治病机制研究的重要依托。然经络的具体物质基础和作用机制尚未明确。生物整体功能是由细胞间信息交流协助主导,而外泌体作为细胞间信息交流的重要载体,包裹了亲母细胞的重要信息,可循行迁移,按生物超分子“印迹模板”“气析”自主产生作用,实现信使的精确远处靶向作用,协调整体生物功能。因此,承载了外泌体的水通道,体现超分子体属性的经络物质运行规律便跃然纸上。文章在现有经络实质的研究基础上,从外泌体与脏腑经络相关性、外泌体作为信号分子重要载体、外泌体作为生物标记物3个方面,结合中医药超分子“气析”理论探讨经络的物质基础及运行规律。 Meridian theory is an important support for the study of acupuncture and massage,channel distribution of Chinese medicine and clinical treatment mechanism.But the material basis and specific mechanism of action is not yet clear.The overall function of biology is assisted by the information exchange between cells.Exosomes,as an important carrier of information exchange between cells,encapsulate the important information of the metrocyte,and circulate,which act autonomously according to the‘imprinted template’and‘qi chromatography’of biological supramolecules,so as to realize the precise distance targeting effect of the messenger and coordinate the overall biological function.Therefore,the aqueous channels that carry exosomes reflects the properties of supramolecular body.Based on the existing research on the essence of meridians,this article combined with the theory of supramolecular‘qi chromatography’in traditional Chinese medicine to discuss the material basis and operation law of meridian from three aspects:correlation between exosomes and meridian and Zang-fu organs,important carriers of signaling molecules of exosomes,and biomarkers of exosomes.
