摘要
百合鸡子汤方后注记述了具体的煎服法,现存邓珍本系统《金匮要略》中记载完全一致:先煮百合,取煎出液后,“内鸡子黄,搅匀,煎五分,温服”,但医家对于“五分”的理解素有争议:或以之为重量五分,或认为十分之五,或认为程度为五成,甚或径改原文。晚近发现的明洪武吴迁抄本《金匮要略方》以及《小品方》《备急千金要方》等医籍则记载了另一种不同的煎服方法,但尚无学者对此进行讨论。笔者在归纳讨论历代医家对本方煎服法理解的基础上,运用校勘学方法,即将邓珍本与吴迁本这一新版本材料进行对校,并与上述大量保存张仲景全书内容的医籍进行他校,结合张仲景全书的行文体例、用药经验等进行本校与理校,以呈现张仲景百合鸡子汤方后注原貌,为临床百合鸡子汤煎服提供更准确地指导。
The prescription notes of Baihe Jizi Decoction describe the specific methods of decocting and taking,which is completely consistent with the records in the Synopsis of Golden Chamber of DENG Zhen’s edition system.In these versions,the Lilii Bulbus is boiled first,get the liquid decoction,and then‘add egg yolk,mix well,decoct for five fen,take it when the temperature is palatable’.However,doctors’understanding of‘five fen’are always controversial:it is regarded as five points of weight,or five tenths,or fifty percent of degree,or they even change the original text.The recently discovered manuscript Synopsis of Golden Chamber,copied by WU Qian in the Hongwu period of the Ming Dynasty,Xiaopin Fang and Beiji Qianjin Yaofang,record another different method of decocting and taking,but no scholars have discussed this issue.On the basis of summarizing and discussing the doctors’understanding of the method of decocting and taking of Baihe Jizi Decoction in previous dynasties,this paper uses the method of revise,which means proofread the DENG Zhen edition with WU Qian edition,the above-mentioned medical books that preserve the contents of ZHANG Zhong-jing’s whole books,combined with the induction of the writing style and experience of using egg yolk of Zhongjing.Based on the above work,this paper presents the original appearance of Zhongjing Baihe Jizi Decoction,and provides more accurate guidance for clinical decoction.
