论“十二纲-病理-方证”辨证体系的构建及实践意义

Discussion on the construction of the syndrome differentiation system of‘twelve principles-pathology-prescription syndrome’and its practical significance

“辨证论治”乃中医认识、诊疗疾病的基本原则,现行的辨证方法多样且独具特色。笔者在多年来诊病常以各个辨证方法互参,但觉怿妧颦眉,因此不断探寻化繁为简的辨证方法。文章详细介绍了“十二纲-病理-方证”辨证体系,该辨证体系是笔者在胡希恕先生“六经-八纲-方证”辨证体系思维启发下提出的新见解,强调机体现病症状及病理状态在中医辨证思维中的重要性,并增加“气、血、水、食”补阙八纲之不足,构建“十二纲-病理-方证”辨证体系,以期提供一种中医临证“速、准、效”的新思路。

‘Syndrome differentiation and treatment’is the basic principle of understanding,diagnosis and treatment of diseases in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and the current methods of syndrome differentiation are diverse and characteristic.For many years,the authors often used different syndrome differentiation methods to consult each other in diagnosis,but there were some shortcomings,so the authors kept searching for a simple one.This paper introduces the syndrome differentiation system of‘twelve principles-pathology-prescription syndrome’in detail.This syndrome differentiation system is a new opinion put forward by the author inspired by Mr.HU Xi-shu’s thinking of‘six meridians-eight principles-prescription syndrome’.It emphasizes the importance of machine reflecting disease symptoms and pathological state in TCM syndrome differentiation thinking,adds the‘qi,blood,water and food’to fill the eight principles,and constructs the syndrome differentiation system of‘twelve principles-pathology-prescription syndrome’,in order to provide a accuracy,effect and new idea in the clinical syndrome of TCM.
