国医大师洪广祥“以补助攻,留人治病”原则辨治晚期肺癌经验

TCM master HONG Guang-xiang’s experience in the treatment of advanced lung cancer under the principle of‘attacking with subsidy and leaving people to cure’

国医大师洪广祥教授擅治肺系疾病,在治疗晚期肺癌方面具有独到见解。他强调正虚邪实是晚期肺癌的根本病机,正虚是晚期肺癌产生的前提,烟毒、邪毒、痰湿是晚期肺癌产生的必要条件,并提出“以补助攻、留人治病”的原则。在使用补益法的过程中,应将“健脾气与保胃气”贯穿于“补”的全过程,通过“以补助攻”达到“留人治病”的目的。文章对洪广祥教授“以补助攻,留人治病”原则治疗晚期肺癌的理论基础和临床应用进行介绍,并附有验案一则。

Professor HONG Guang-xiang,a master of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),was good at treating pulmonary diseases,who had rich experience and unique insights in the treatment of advanced lung cancer.Professor HONG proposed that the basic pathogenesis of advanced lung cancer is right vacuity and evil repletion,right vacuity is the premise of advanced lung cancer,smoke poison,evil poison and phlegm are necessary conditions of advanced lung cancer.He put forward the principle of‘attacking with subsidy and leaving people to cure’.In the process of using tonic method,‘invigorating spleen qi and protecting stomach qi’should run through the whole process of‘tonic’,and achieve the purpose of‘leaving people to cure’by‘attacking with subsidy’.This article introduces the theoretical basis and clinical application of professor HONG Guang-xiang’s principle of‘attacking with subsidy,leaving people to cure’in the treatment of advanced lung cancer.In the end one case was given as an example.
