倪青病证结合分期分型论治Graves眼病经验

NI Qing’s experience in treating Graves’ophthalmopathy with combination of disease and syndrome and staging

Graves眼病属于自身免疫性甲状腺相关眼病,病程较长,常伴随内分泌及眼部症状,可导致眼部畸形,严重影响患者的生活质量。单纯西药治疗不良反应多,效果欠佳。倪青教授认为本病治疗需病证结合,分期分型论治,遣方用药从病证结合角度出发,辨症状的同时对临床实验指标进行微观辨证,以“病-症-证-治-效”五位一体为原则分期分型论治。另外,本病临床迁延难愈,治疗周期较长,患者常伴随情志不畅,饮食、起居失宜的特点,治病同时还应该注重对患者日常饮食、起居指导及情志调护。

Graves’ophthalmopathy(GO)is an autoimmune thyroid-related ophthalmopathy.It has a long course and is often accompanied by endocrine and ocular symptoms,which can cause ocular deformities and seriously affect the quality of life.Western medicine alone has many adverse reactions and poor results.Professor NI Qing believes that the treatment of this disease requires the combination of disease and evidence,staging and typing,and the prescription of medicine from the perspective of the combination of disease and evidence,and the identification of symptoms while microscopic identification of clinical indicators,with the principle of‘disease-symptom-evidence-treatment-effect’as one of the five staging and typing treatment.In addition,this disease is clinically prolonged and difficult to heal,and the treatment period is long.Patients are often accompanied by emotional and mental disorders,and their diet and living are inappropriate.The treatment of the disease should also focus on the patients’daily diet,guidance on living and emotional regulation.
