文章总结陈华教授传承浙派中医儿科学术特色,治疗小儿慢性湿性咳嗽的临证经验。陈华教授认为,痰、风、虚是小儿慢性湿性咳嗽的主要致病因素,基本病机为痰风互结、肺脾两虚,临证时重在辨风痰、调肺脾,于分期治疗中灵活运用祛风涤痰、和解表里、益气养阴等法,在经验方小儿疏风涤痰方基础上随证加减,屡获良效。

To summarize professor CHEN Hua’s clinical experience in treating children with chronic wet cough by inheriting the academic characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine pediatrics of Zhejiang school.Professor CHEN Hua believes that phlegm,wind and deficiency are the main pathogenic factors of chronic wet cough in children,the basic pathogenesis is the combination of phlegm and wind and the deficiency of lung and spleen,in clinical diagnosis,the emphasis is on distinguishing wind and phlegm and tonifying the lungs and spleen,and flexibly use the methods of‘dispelling wind and eliminating phlegm,reconciling the exterior and interior,supplementing qi and nourishing yin’in phased treatment.On the basis of the experiential formula of Shufeng Ditan Recipe for children,good therapeutic effect is often obtained.
