经方方元之麦冬人参半夏组合的应用与启示

Application and enlightenment of Fang Yuan in classical prescriptions of Ophiopogonis Radix,Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma and Pinelliae Rhizoma

经方方元是《伤寒杂病论》中反复出现且有规律的最小方剂单元。方元以药物的配伍规律为指导,是病机的核心环节,是张仲景组方的特色,更是辨证论治的精髓所在。笔者以麦冬人参半夏组合为切入点,分析该组合在麦门冬汤、竹叶石膏汤、温经汤中的配伍特点及张仲景辨证论治思想。总结得出,麦冬人参半夏组合以气阴两伤为病机基础,以保胃气存津液为前提,以阴阳自和为根本,体现了张仲景的“和合”思想。文章列举经典案例,以期对经方方元的价值形成初步认识,并为临床运用方元提供新的思路,最终扩大经方的应用范围。

Fang Yuan in classical prescriptions is the smallest prescription unit that appears repeatedly in Shanghan Zabing Lun.It is guided by the regularity of cooperation between Chinese medicine and is the core link of pathogenesis.It is the characteristic of ZHANG Zhong-jing’s prescription and the essence of syndrome differentiation and treatment.This article takes the combination of Ophiopogonis Radix,Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma and Pinellia Rhizoma as the entry point and analyzes the combination characteristics in Maimendong Decoction,Zhuye Shigao Decoction and Wenjing Decoction and ZHANG Zhongjing’s thought on syndrome differentiation.It is concluded that the combination of Ophiopogonis Radix,Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma and Pinellia Rhizoma is based on the pathogenesis of qi and yin injuries,on the premise of protecting the stomach and storing body fluid,and taking the yin and yang as the foundation,which reflects ZHANG Zhong-jing’s thought of‘harmony’in syndrome differentiation and treatment.In order to form a preliminary understanding of the value of Fang Yuan in classical prescriptions,and provide a new way of thinking for clinical use of classical prescriptions,the classic cases are listed below.
