摘要
津沽疮疡学术流派发祥于历史名城天津,具有学术特点突出、坚持中医药为主、中西内外结合的特点,形成了理、法、方、药、技完善的原创系统诊疗体系。文章对津沽疮疡学术流派的糖尿病足保肢外治方案的临床实践要点进行阐述,全面、系统地梳理外治理论治法、基于分期的外治体系、外治特色等内容。该学派的外治理论体系特色如下:①理论治法、各司其属;②明确分期、纲举目张;③执简驭繁、精准施治。该学派具有鲜明的地方特色,具有中医特色的理、法、方、药、技,疗效显著,值得临床应用和推广。
The academic school of Jingu sore originated in Tianjin,a famous historical city,and it has the characteristics of outstanding academic characteristics,focusing on traditional Chinese medicine,and combining Chinese medicine with western medicine,and has formed an original system of diagnosis and treatment with perfect theory,law,prescription,medicine,and technology.This paper elaborates on the clinical practice points of the diabetic foot limb-salvage external treatment project in the academic School of Jingu sore and ulcer,comprehensively and systematically organized the external treatment theory,the stage-based external treatment system,and the external treatment characteristics.The characteristics of the external theory system of this school are as follows:Firstly,be aware of their own responsibilities of the theory and the method of treatment.Secondly,figure out stages and grasp the key link to drive the others.Thirdly,simplify to control complexity and carry out the treatment accurately.With distinct local characteristics and remarkable curative effects,this school has its special principles,methods,prescriptions,medicines and techniques of traditional Chinese medicine,which are worthy of clinical application and promotion.
