传承渠道对中医针灸传承效果的影响

Study on the influence of inheritance channels on inheritance effect of acupuncture

目的:探寻不同传承途径下中医针灸的传承效果,寻找适合中医针灸传承的最优途径。方法:使用问卷调查法收集相关数据,运用SPSS 26.0,使用非参数检验对收集的数据进行分析。结果:不同传承渠道下针灸的传承效果不同,其中师承教育和师承+院校混合教育两种传承途径均较院校教育的传承效果好(P<0.01)。结论:丰富中医针灸的传承渠道,改革现有的教育方式,增加传承人跟师学习的机会,加强学生的临床实践能力,可促进中医针灸的传承与发展。

Objective:To explore the inheritance effect of acupuncture under different inheritance channels,and to find the most suitable way for the inheritance of acupuncture.Methods:Collecting relevant data by questionnaire survey method,and analyzing the collected data by SPSS 26.0 and non-parametric tests.Results:The inheritance effect of acupuncture under different inheritance channels was different.Apprentice education and school-apprentice mixed education were better than the school education(P<0.01).Conclusion:We can promote the sustainable inheritance and development of acupuncture by enriching the inheritance channels of acupuncture,reforming the existing education methods,increasing opportunities for inheritors to learn from teachers,strengthening students’clinical practice ability.
