环境因素的六淫标准化研究与中医医理分析探讨

Research and analysis of traditional Chinese medicine theory on the standardization of six excesses based on environmental parameters

“六气”致病则为“六淫”,而“六气”与“六淫”之间的界限在古文献中始终比较模糊,且现代对于六淫等级分类及机制探索的研究相对来说更是较缺乏。本课题组通过检索文献发现,目前现代气象学对人体舒适度的研究材料较为丰富,且气象环境与六淫的关系十分密切。气象学研究认为,人体舒适程度主要与气温、气湿、气流等气象因素有关,从六淫学说的角度,“寒、暑、火”可对应气温,“湿、燥”对应气湿,“风”对应气流,这或许可为明确“六气”与“六淫”的界限提供可靠的研究思路。本课题组以人体舒适度为切入点,尝试对六淫的界定进行精确化划分,通过搜集总结六淫的现代研究和气象学相关成果,对环境参数进行中医医理分析,并探索六淫致病与气象因素之间的关系,最终对六淫进行分级,以期为未来六淫学说的研究提供便利,开拓新思路。

‘Six climatic factors’is pathogenic to‘six excesses’,and the boundary between‘six climatic factors’and‘six prostitution’is always fuzzy in ancient literature,and modern research on the classification and mechanism of six excesses is relatively lacking.Through literature retrieval,our lab found that there are abundant research materials on human comfort in modern meteorology,and the meteorological environment is closely related to six excesses.Meteorology research think human body comfort level with the main meteorological factors,such as temperature,air humidity,air,from the six excesses of the theory point of view,‘cold,heat,fire’can be corresponding to the temperature,the‘wet and dryness’corresponding to the‘air humidity’,‘wind’corresponding to the‘air’.Perhaps this can provide a reliable way of thinking for clarifying the boundary between‘six climatic factors’and‘six excesses’.Based on human comfort,we makes a precise research on the definition of six excesses,by collecting the six excesses of the summary of modern research and meteorology research results.We conducted traditional Chinese medicine theory analysis of environmental parameters and explored the relationship between six excesses and meteorological factors.Then we classified the levels of six excesses.We are looking forward to providing convenience and opening up new ideas for the study of six excesses theory in the future.
