健脾补肾法对乳腺癌术后化疗所致骨髓抑制的疗效观察

Curative effect observation of Jianpi Bushen method on bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy for breast cancer

目的:观察健脾补肾法治疗乳腺癌术后化疗所致骨髓抑制的临床疗效。方法:将符合研究条件的70例患者随机分成对照组和治疗组(各35例),均于化疗后第3~7天使用重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子(GCS-F),治疗组自化疗后第3~21天服用健脾补肾方药,监测两组患者血常规并根据骨髓抑制情况使用GCS-F。观察两组患者在化疗前1天,化疗后第7、21天的中医证候,评估两组骨髓抑制发生的情况,比较两组GCS-F使用量及血常规恢复正常的时间。结果:治疗组在化疗后第21天出现脾肾亏虚证候、发生Ⅱ度以上骨髓抑制的病例均显著少于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组GCS-F使用量及血常规恢复正常的时间均显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健脾补肾法可改善乳腺癌术后化疗患者脾肾亏虚的症状,降低化疗骨髓抑制的发生率,减少GCS-F的使用量,促进血常规恢复正常。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jianpi Bushen method on bone marrow suppression caused by postoperative chemotherapy for breast cancer.Methods:A total of 70 patients who met the research conditions were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group(35 cases in each group).Both patients were given recombinant human granulocyte colony stimulating factor(GCS-F)on the 3rd to 7th day after chemotherapy,while the treatment group was given Jianpi Bushen prescription from the 3rd to 21st day after chemotherapy.The blood routine of the two groups was monitored and GCS-F was used according to the bone marrow suppression.The TCM syndromes of patients in the two groups were observed on the 1st day before chemotherapy and the 7th and 21st days after chemotherapy,and the occurrence of bone marrow suppression in the two groups was evaluated.The dosage of GCS-F and the time for blood routine to return to normal were compared between the two groups.Results:On the 21st day after chemotherapy,there were significantly fewer cases of spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome and bone marrow suppression of degreeⅡor above in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).The dosage of GCS-F and the time of blood routine returning to normal in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jianpi Bushen method can improve the symptoms of spleen and kidney deficiency in postoperative chemotherapy patients with breast cancer,reduce the incidence of chemotherapy-induced bone marrow suppression,reduce the dosage of GCS-F,and promote the normal blood routine.
