外语教师的另类评价感知及其影响因素研究

Exploring College English Teachers’Perceptions of Alternative Assessment and Their Influencing Factors

摘要 本研究通过对问卷数据的量化分析以及主观题答案的质性分析,探究高校英语教师对另类评价的感知及其影响因素。研究发现,教师对文化维度的感知比较积极,对政治和后现代维度的感知具有不确定性,对测评能力和教学环境维度的感知比较消极。并且,授课类型对另类评价感知的影响较大,高校类型、教师性别、学历、专业、教龄对另类评价感知具有一定的影响,测评课程、培训和会议的数量对另类评价感知没有显著影响。研究进而对改进教师教育培训和教学管理提出了相关建议。 This study investigates college English teachers’perceptions of alternative assessment and explores their influencing factors through quantitative analyses of questionnaire data and qualitative analyses of answers to subjective items.Results show that teachers’perceptions are positive towards the cultural dimension of alternative assessment,uncertain about the political and postmodern dimension,and negative about the dimensions of assessment ability and teaching environment.In addition,course types have great influence on teacher’perceptions;college types,teachers’gender,educational backgrounds,majors and years of teaching experience have certain influence on their perceptions;the number of assessment courses,training and conferences has no significant impact on their perceptions.This study puts forward suggestions for improving teacher education,teacher training and teaching management.
