摘要
针对长输蒸汽管道投产后变参数运行过程,通过散热方程、压损方程、热平衡方程和焓值方程建立蒸汽管道温降和压降的数学分析模型。以广西某热电厂长输蒸汽管道为例,分别计算不同蒸汽流量、供汽压力、供汽温度和蒸汽输送距离情况下的温降和压降。结果表明:蒸汽流量、供汽压力降低时,温降增加;供汽温度降低时,温降降低;输送蒸汽管道长度增加时,温降和压降增加,但公里温降和压降数值降低;蒸汽流量对温降的影响较大,小流量运行时,应适当提高供汽温度。
To the variable parameter operation of long-distance steam pipeline, the mathematical analysis model of temperature drop and pressure drop is established through heat dissipation equation, pressure loss equation, heat balance equation and enthalpy equation. Taking the steam transmission pipeline of a thermoelectric plant director in Guangxi as an example, the temperature drop and pressure drop under different steam flow rates, steam supply pressures, steam supply temperatures and steam transport distances were calculated respectively. The result shows that the temperature drop increases when the steam flow rate and steam supply pressures decrease. When the steam supply temperature decreases, the temperature drop decreases. When the length of steam pipeline increases, the temperature drop and pressure drop increase, but the temperature drop and pressure drop in 1 km decrease. The steam flow rate has a great influence on temperature drop, so the steam supply temperature should be properly raised when the steam flow rate is small.
