摘要
以凌钢新建120 t转炉为例,介绍一次烟气净化系统工艺流程,分析采用干法除尘工艺时的运行效益。结果显示:系统年可回收转炉煤气17 550万m^(3),回收蒸汽14.23万t;回收煤气的含尘浓度≤10 mg/m^(3),排放废气含尘浓度≤10 mg/m^(3),系统排放满足环保超低排放要求,为凌钢带来显著的经济效益环保效益。
Taking the new 120 t converter of Linggang as an example, the process flow of the primary flue gas purification system is introduced, and the operating benefits of the dry dust removal process are analyzed. The result show that the system could recover 175.5 million m^(3) of converter gas and 0.142 3 million t of steam. The dust concentration of the recovered gas is less than or equal to 10 mg/m^(3), and the dust concentration of the exhaust gas is less than or equal to 10 mg/m^(3). The system emissions meet the requirements of ultra-low environmental emission. It has significant economic and environmental benefits for Ling Steel.
