蝇蛆粉替代鱼粉对德国镜鲤生长性能、体组成及血清生化指标的影响 被引量:2

摘要 试验旨在研究蝇蛆粉替代鱼粉对德国镜鲤生长性能、体组成及血清生化指标的影响。选取体质健壮、规格整齐的德国镜鲤540尾,随机分为6组,每组3个重复,每个重复30尾。对照组为基础饵料,试验组分别采用蝇蛆粉替换基础饵料中20%、40%、60%、80%和100%的鱼粉。试验期102 d。结果显示,40%组、60%组、80%组、100%组鱼的增重率、蛋白质效率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。20%组、40%组、60%组、80%组、100%组全鱼水分、肌肉水分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),20%组全鱼粗灰分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),100%组全鱼粗灰分含量明显低于对照组;80%组鱼肌肉粗灰分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);20%组、40%组、80%组、100%组全鱼粗蛋白显著低于对照组(P<0.05),40%组、100%组鱼的肌肉粗蛋白均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。20%组鱼血清过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05),20%组、60%组、80%组鱼血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),40%组、60%组、80%组鱼血清丙二醛(MDA)含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),60%组鱼血清碱性磷酸酶(ALT)活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05),80%组和100%组鱼血清谷草转氨酶(AST)活性显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而其他试验组鱼血清AST活性均高于对照组。研究表明,蝇蛆替代约20%的鱼粉能够提高德国镜鲤肝中抗氧化酶活性,不影响德国镜鲤的生长性能与体成分。 The experiment was to investigate the effect of fly maggot meal replacement of fish meal on growth performance,body composition and serum biochemical indices of German mirror carp.A total of 540 German mirror carp with healthy body and neat size were randomly divided into six groups,with three replicates in each group and 30 fish in each replicate.The control group was basic diet,and the experimental groups were fed fly maggot meal to replace 20%,40%,60%,80%and 100%fish meal in basic diet,respectively.The experiment lasted for 102 d.The results showed that the weight gain rate and protein efficiency of 40%group,60%group,80%group and 100%group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The water content of the whole fish and fish muscle in 20%group,40%group,60%group,80%group and 100%group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),the crude ash content of the whole fish in 20%group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),and the crude ash content of the whole fish in 100%group was significantly lower than that in control group,the crude ash content of fish muscle in 80%group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The total crude protein of fish in 20%group,40%group,80%group and 100%group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05),and the muscle crude protein of fish in 40%group and 100%group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The serum CAT activity of fish in 20%group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),the serum SOD activity of fish in 20%group,60%group and 80%group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),the serum MDA content of fish in 40%group,60%group and 80%group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05),the serum ALT activity of fish in 60%group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),and the serum AST activity of fish in 80%group and 100%group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05),the AST activity of fish serum in other experimental groups was higher than that in control group.The experiment indicates that the replacement of 20%fish meal protein by fly maggot meal can improve the activity of antioxidant enzymes in liver of German mirror carp,without affecting change the growth performance and composition of fish body.
