丁酸梭菌替代抗生素对家兔生长性能及血清生化指标的影响 被引量:1

摘要 试验旨在研究在日粮中使用丁酸梭菌替代抗生素对家兔生长性能及血清生化指标的影响。选取50只90日龄的健康雄性家兔随机分为5组,每组10个重复,每个重复1只。试验Ⅰ组(对照组)家兔饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅱ组(抗生素组)家兔饲喂基础日粮+金霉素100 mg/kg,试验Ⅲ组、试验Ⅳ组、试验Ⅴ组分别在基础日粮中添加100、250、400 mg/kg丁酸梭菌。预试期7 d,正式试验期30 d。结果显示,试验Ⅲ组、试验Ⅳ组、试验Ⅴ组家兔末重均极显著高于对照组,其中试验Ⅴ组家兔末重极显著高于其他试验组(P<0.01);试验Ⅳ组、试验Ⅴ组家兔平均日增重均极显著高于试验Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组(P<0.01);试验Ⅲ组、试验Ⅳ组、试验Ⅴ组家兔平均日采食量均极显著高于对照组(P<0.01);试验Ⅳ组、试验Ⅴ组家兔料重比显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组、Ⅴ组家兔血清葡萄糖(GLU)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)含量均极显著低于试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组(P<0.01),而试验Ⅴ组的家兔血清总胆固醇(TC)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、球蛋白(GLB)含量极显著高于试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组(P<0.01)。研究表明,日粮中添加400 mg/kg丁酸梭菌可显著提高家兔生长性能,促进脂类沉积,改善家兔机体免疫功能。 The experiment was to investigate the effect of Clostridium butyricum instead of antibiotics on growth performance and serum biochemical indexes of rabbits.Fifty healthy male rabbits at 90 d of age were randomly divided into five groups,with ten replicates in each group and one rabbit in each replicate.Rabbits in test groupⅠ(control group)were fed with a basal diet,rabbits in groupⅡ(antibiotic group)were fed basal diet+aureomycin 100 mg/kg,and rabbits in groupⅢ,groupⅣand groupⅤwere fed with basal diet supplemented with 100,250 and 400 mg/kg Clostridium butyricum,respectively.The pre-test lasted for 7 d and the formal experiment lasted for 30 d.The results showed that the final weight of rabbits in groupⅢ,groupⅣand groupⅤwere extremely significantly higher than that in control group,and the result in groupⅤwas extremely significantly higher than that in other groups(P<0.01),the average daily gain of rabbits in groupⅣand groupⅤwere extremely higher than those in groupⅠand groupⅡ(P<0.01);the average daily feed intake of rabbits in groupⅢ,groupⅣand groupⅤwere extremely significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01);the feed to gain ratio of rabbits in groupⅣand groupⅤwere significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Serum GLU and LDL-C in groupⅢ,groupⅣand groupⅤwere extremely lower than those in groupⅠand groupⅡ(P<0.01).The content of TC,TP,ALB and GLB in serum of rabbits in groupⅤwere extremely higher than those in groupⅠand groupⅡ(P<0.01).The experiment indicates that adding 400 mg/kg Clostridium butyricum in diet can significantly improve the growth performance,promote lipid deposition,and improve immune function of rabbits.
