摘要 智能变电站过程层网络作为“三层两网”中的重要部分,其负责保护装置、测控装置、安稳装置及智能终端等智能电力电子设备之间的信息交互工作,过程层网络设备的运行可靠性直接关系到断路器能否及时切除故障设备。基于此,首先分析典型过程层网络组网结构及报文发布/订阅关系。其次,根据过程层不同信息对保护设备的影响程度,建立过程层信息分类方案。最后,采用可靠性框图法分析过程层设备的可靠性,指出过程层网络结构存在的问题,并针对性提出优化过程层网络结构的组网方案,研究优化后的组网方案对变电站现场运维管理工作的影响。 As an important part of“three layers and two networks”,the process layer network of the intelligent substation is responsible for information exchange among intelligent electronic devices(IEDs)such as protection devices,measure and control devices,stability devices and intelligent terminals.The operation reliability of the process layer network devices is directly related to whether the circuit breaker can cut off the faulty equipment in time.Therefore,this paper firstly analyzes the network structure and message publish/subscribe patterns of typical process layer networks.Secondly,a process layer information classification scheme based on the impact of different information in the process layer on the protection devices is established.Finally,the paper analyze the reliability of process layer devices using the reliability block diagram method,points out the problems existing in the process layer network structure,and puts forward a networking scheme for optimizing process layer network structure.Meanwhile,it studies the influence of the optimized networking scheme on the on-site operation management of substations.
