基于保信系统的继电保护远方传动检验技术 被引量:3

摘要 针对继电保护不正确动作的环节因素、防范措施及定期停电检验技术的不足,采用海因里希法则进行分析并提出一种基于继电保护信息系统(以下简称“保信系统”)的继电保护远方传动检验技术。首先,利用智能录波器运行运维诊断平台实时在线监测保护装置的自检信息和采集数据并进行条件预判,同时通过IEC 61850规约将智能录波器分析判断结果上送至保信系统主站;然后,在一、二次设备正常运行状态下,由保信系统主站对保护及其跳合闸回路进行远方传动检验;其次,从降低作业风险、提高工作效率、减轻一次设备停电困难等方面分析远方不停电传动检验技术的优势;最后,通过工程应用验证此技术。此检验过程用时仅需1.6 h,是停电检验的10%,不但解决了一次设备停电困难,而且无需在二次回路上作业,从根本上解决了作业风险的问题,为工程设计和智能运维提供参考。 In view of the link factors,preventive measures and the shortages of periodic power failure inspection technologies of relay protection,Heinrich􀆳s law is used to analyze and propose a remote transmission inspection technology of relay protection based on relay protection information system.Firstly,it uses the the operation and maintenance diagnosis platform of the intelligent wave recorder to monitor the self-checking information and collective data of the protection device in real time and make condition prediction.At the same time,the analysis and judgment results of the intelligent wave recorder are sent to the main station of the information protection system through IEC 61850 protocol.Then,in the normal operation state of the primary and secondary equipment,the main station of the protection information system carries out remote transmission inspection on the protection and its tripping and closing circuits.Afterwards,the advantages of remote uninterrupted transmission inspection technology are analyzed from the aspects of reducing operation risk,improving work efficiency and alleviating the difficulty of the primary equipment power failure.Finally,the technology is verified by engineering application.The inspection process takes only 1.6 h,which is 10%of the power failure inspection.It not only solves the difficulty of the primary equipment power outage,but also does not need to work on the secondary loop,which fundamentally solves the problem of operation risk and provides references for engineering design and intelligent operation and maintenance.
