纺织品透湿性的测试方法及影响因素探讨

Discussion on the test methods and influencing factors of moisture permeability of textile fabrics

为了能更准确地评价织物的透湿性能,比较了国内外常用的几种纺织品透湿性测试方法的原理和测试中的参数条件,分析了影响织物透湿性的内部因素和外部因素。试验发现各标准的测试原理、操作方法及设备基本相同,主要差异在于试验条件。从测试方法的简易性以及测试结果的一致性角度分析,推荐选用透湿杯的蒸发测试法。

In order to evaluate the moisture permeability of fabric more accurately, the mechanism and parameters of several commonly used textile moisture permeability test methods at home and abroad were compared, and the internal and external factors affecting fabric moisture permeability were analyzed.It was found that the test mechanism, operation methods and equipment of these standards were basically the same. The main difference was in the test conditions. From the simplicity of the test method and the identity of the test results, the evaporation method of the moisture permeable cup was recommended.
