全氟碳化物及卤系阻燃剂的筛选检测方法研究

Study on screening test methods of perfluorocarbons and halogenated flame retardants

摘要 建立了一种样品中全氟化合物及卤系阻燃剂的筛选测试方法,通过对卤素的检测达到筛选测试的效果。样品在密闭系统(一个充满氧气的氧弹罐)中通过燃烧被氧化,含卤化合物被转化成氟、氯及溴,然后被吸收液溶解并吸收,收集的吸收液采用离子色谱分析。该方法简单、高效且准确度高。 A screening test method for perfluorinated compounds and halogenated flame retardants in samples was established to achieve the screening test effect through the detection of halogen. The sample was oxidized by combustion in a closed system(an oxygen bomb filled with oxygen), and the halogenated compounds were converted to fluorine, chlorine, and bromine, then which were dissolved and absorbed by the absorbent solution and the absorbent solution collected was analyzed by ion chromatography. The method was simple, efficient and accurate.
