摘要
馆员队伍建设是图书馆事业稳定发展的基石。回顾40年发展历程,上海交通大学图书馆始终坚持紧密围绕学校“人才强校”发展战略需要,围绕着学术性和创新型两个关键词,不断调整和优化组织机构以及馆员队伍结构,探索建立了一条创新型馆员队伍建设实践路径,包括一个办馆理念、三项办馆视野、一套队伍建设体系、四项馆员基本能力,即“1314”路线图,以培养一支高水准馆员队伍,建设与世界一流大学相匹配的高水准、智慧型、特色化的信息知识服务中心。
The construction of librarian team is the cornerstone of the stable development of librarianship.Looking back on 40 years of development,Shanghai Jiao Tong University Library has always focused on closely the talent strategy for university development,running through two keywords of academic and innovative in the construction of librarian team.Under the continuous optimization of the organization and the librarian team,a path of the construction of an innovative librarian team has been established.Specifically,it includes a concept,three vision requirements,a set of system,and four core abilities.Through the path,a high level librarian team can be cultivated,in order to achieve a standard,smart and special information knowledge service center that matches the world s first-class university.
