中资企业海外员工保险管理研究

Study on Overseas Employee Insurance Management of China-invested Enterprises

随着“走出去”政策和“一带一路”倡议的深入推进,以及区域经济一体化的发展,海外工程项目的需求日益增长,中资企业承接的海外项目越来越多,带动了大量的工程项目人员向海外流动,因此海外员工的人身安全至关重要。本文通过分析中资企业海外员工面临的风险,聚焦意外伤害保险及绑架综合保险,引出中资企业海外员工保险管理现状及问题,总结我国中资企业海外员工保险管理取得的成就并提出发展建议。

With the deepening of the“Going out”policy and the“Belt and Road”Initiative,as well as the development of regional economic integration,the demand for overseas engineering projects is growing day by day,and more and more overseas projects undertaken by China-invested enterprises drive a large number of project personnel to move overseas.Therefore,the personal safety of overseas employees is of great importance.By analyzing the risks of Chinese enterprises’overseas employees,focuses on accident insurance and kidnapping comprehensive insurance,this paper introduces the current situation and problems of insurance management of Chinese enterprises’overseas employees,summarizes the achievements of insurance management of Chinese enterprises’overseas employees and puts forward some development suggestions.
