失能老人“互联网+居家上门护理”模式发展路径优化探析

Optimization of the Development Path of “Internet+ In-home Care” for the Disabled Elderly

近年来,随着我国失能老人日益增多及互联网信息技术的快速发展,“互联网+居家上门护理”模式成为现实。在此背景下,借助PEST分析法对影响我国“互联网+居家上门护理”模式的四个环境因素探讨后发现,“互联网+居家上门护理”模式存在法律法规尚不完善、护理收费普遍偏高、专业护理人才短缺、设备使用存在障碍等问题。为此,有必要通过优化服务流程,从政策、资金、人才、技术等层面构建保障体系,以推动“互联网+居家上门护理”模式的可持续健康发展。

In recent years,with the increasing number of disabled elderly people in China and the rapid development of Internet information technology,the integration of“Internet+in-home care”has become a reality.In this context,the four environmental factors affecting“Internet+in-home care”model in China are explored with the help of PEST analysis,and it is found that“Internet+in-home care”model has imperfect laws and regulations,generally high nursing fees,shortage of professional nursing staff,and obstacles to the use of equipment.There are problems such as shortage of professional nursing personnel and barriers to the use of equipment.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the service process and build a guarantee system from policy,fund,talent and technology to promote the sustainable and healthy development of“Internet+in-home care”model.
