黄芪建中汤加减联合双歧杆菌三联活菌乳杆菌片治疗肠道菌群失调慢性腹泻疗效及用药安全性评价

Efficacy and Safety of Modified Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction in Combination with Live Combined Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus Tablets on Chronic Diarrhea

目的研究肠道菌群失调慢性腹泻治疗时采用黄芪建中汤加减联合双歧杆菌三联活菌乳杆菌片的治疗效果和安全性。方法纳入2021年2月—2022年2月在我中心接受治疗的50例慢性腹泻患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患者分为两组,分别为对照组和观察组,每组各25例;对照组患者使用双歧杆菌三联活菌乳杆菌片进行治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上,联合使用黄芪建中汤加减进行治疗;对比两组患者治疗有效率、治疗前后肠道功能指标及不良反应发生情况。结果对照组患者治疗后,治疗有效率显著低于观察组(P<0.01),肠道功能指标及不良反应发生率高于观察组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论慢性腹泻患者在治疗时使用黄芪建中汤加减联合双歧杆菌三联活菌乳杆菌片,临床治疗效果更好、肠道功能指标降低、且不良反应发生率较低,值得推广使用。

Objective To study the efficacy and safety of Modified Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction and Live Combined Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus Tablets(LBLT)in the treatment of chronic diarrhea.Methods A total of 50 patients with chronic diarrhea who were treated in our center from February 2021 to February 2022 were included and randomized into the control group(n=25,LBLT)and observation group(n=25,LBLT+Modified Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction)with the random number table method.The effective rate,intestinal function indexes,and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the effective rate of the control group was lower than that of the observation group(P<0.01),and the levels of intestinal function indexes and incidence of adverse reactions were higher than those of the observation group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion The combination of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction and LBLT shows satisfactory efficacy on chronic diarrhea patients,which can significantly reduce the levels of intestinal function indicators and the incidence of adverse reactions.Thus,the combination should be further promoted.
