摘要
介绍了磁集成LLC变换器的电路结构及其等效模型,给出了参数设计方法及步骤。基于基波近似法推导了电压增益表达式和临界增益表达式,分析了运行状态对死区时间的影响。给出了利用漏感实现磁集成设计的变压器结构,实现了磁集成变压器中谐振电感的设计。制作了一台峰值效率达95%,功率为180 W的样机,验证了所提方法的有效性。
The circuit structure and equivalent model of the magnetic integrated LLC converter are introduced,and the parameter design method and steps are given.Based on the first harmonic approximation method,the expressions of voltage gain and critical gain are deduced,and the influence of operating state on dead time is analyzed.The transformer structure using leakage inductance to realize the magnetic integrated design is given,and the design of the resonant inductance in the magnetic integrated transformer is realized.A prototype with a peak efficiency of 95%and a power of 180 W was manufactured to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
