柔性Co_(2)Z铁氧体基板对UHF-RFID标签天线抗金属特性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 针对UHF-RFID标签天线在金属环境下镜像电流产生的电磁场与入射波相消,导致天线谐振频点偏移而无法正常读取的问题,利用Co_(2)Z铁氧体在UHF频段高磁导率、低介电/磁损耗的特性,采用在柔性天线基板中填充Co_(2)Z铁氧体的方法设计抗金属天线。通过改变电磁场传播方向的方式以削减金属表面反射波与入射波的相消作用,进而减小天线回波S_(11)参数吸收峰频率偏移。仿真结果表明:采用Co_(2)Z铁氧体作为天线柔性基板的填充材料,天线谐振频点移至904 MHz,并提升工作带宽至350 MHz,有效消除金属环境对天线的不利影响。 In view of the problem that antenna cannot read exactly due to antenna resonance point deviate,resulting from phase cancellation between the electromagnetic field generated by the mirrored current in a metallic environment and incident wave,the anti-metal tag antenna was designed by Co_(2)Z ferrite filled flexible antenna substrate,by utilizing the characteristics of high permeability and low dielectric loss/magnetic loss of Co_(2)Z ferrite in the UHF frequency band.By changing the propagation direction of the electromagnetic field to reduce the phase cancellation between incident wave and reflected wave on the metal surface,the deviation of absorption peak frequency of the antenna S_(11) parameter is reduced.The simulation results show that the antenna resonance point is moved to 904 MHz because Co_(2)Z ferrite is used as the filler material for the antenna flexible substrate,and the effective bandwidth is broadened to 350 MHz,effectively eliminate the negative impact of the metal environment on the antenna.
