沙棘叶多酚研究进展

Research Progress of Polyphenols from Hioppophae Rhamnoides L.Leaves

我国是沙棘主产国,因此,沙棘叶资源丰富,研究开发利用沙棘叶资源具有得天独厚的资源优势。沙棘叶中含有多酚类成分,具有多种功能活性,开发利用前景广阔。本文依据国内相关文献,就沙棘叶多酚的提取,包括溶剂提取、物理场强化提取;沙棘叶多酚的功能活性,包括沙棘叶多酚抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抑菌和降血糖等,以及沙棘叶多酚的应用进行综述,为沙棘叶多酚的进一步研究和开发利用提供理论参考。

China is the main producing country of Hioppophae rhamnoides L.,therefore,Hioppophae rhamnoides L.Leaves resources are rich,research,development and utilization of Hioppophae rhamnoides L.Leaves resources have unique resource advantages.Hioppophae rhamnoides L.Leaves contain polyphenols with various functional activities and have broad development and utilization prospects.In this paper,according to the domestic related literature,the extraction of polyphenols from Hioppophae rhamnoides L.Leaves,including solvent extraction,physical field enhanced extraction;the functional activities of Hioppophae rhamnoides L.Leaves polyphenols,including anti-oxidation,anti-tumor,antibacterial and hypoglycemic effects of Hioppophae rhamnoides L.Leaves polyphenols,and the application of Hioppophae rhamnoides L.Leaves polyphenols were reviewed to provide theoretical reference for further research,development and utilization of Hioppophae rhamnoides L.Leaves polyphenols.
