贝诺酯片剂是乙酰氨基酚和阿司匹林的酯化产物,是一种具有解热、镇痛、抗炎等作用的非甾体抗炎药物。本设计在满足新版GMP和相关设计规范的前提下,结合具体设计案例和工程实践经验,针对贝诺酯片剂生产的工艺特性,从生产工艺流程、车间工艺布置、厂房布置和“三废”处理四个方面对贝诺酯片剂的生产车间的工艺设计进行总结分析,以提供高效且科学的贝诺酯片剂生产车间的工艺设计方案。

Benoate tablet is the esterification product of acetaminophen and aspirin,which is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug with antipyretic,analgesic,anti-inflammatory and other effects.Under the premise of the new GMP and related norms,combined with specific design cases and engineering practice experience,this design summarizes and analyzes the process design of the production workshop of Benoylate tablets from four aspects:production process flow,workshop process layout,plants layout and"three wastes"treatment,in order to provide an efficient and scientific process design scheme for the production workshop of benoate tablets.
