The process flow of a large coal chemical plant is briefly introduced,and the characteristics of multi series parallel devices are explained.The differences,advantages and disadvantages between multi series parallel devices and traditional single series devices are analyzed.Based on the actual production and operation experience,the specific differences between multi series devices and traditional single series devices are explained in detail from three aspects:maintenance isolation mode,emergency treatment scheme and process index adjustment,and the corresponding solutions are put forward,which has a good reference for the production,maintenance and operation management after the large-scale coal chemical industry.
