大规模集成煤化工装置的工艺优化与控制

摘要 简单介绍了某大型煤化工装置的工艺流程,对多系列并联装置的特点进行了说明。分析了多系列并联装置与传统单系列装置的区别以及优缺点,利用实际生产运行经验,从检修隔离方式、应急处理方案和工艺指标调整三个方面详细说明了多系列装置与传统单系列装置的具体差别,并提出了相应的解决措施,对于目前煤化工大型化后的生产维护与运行管理具有很好的借鉴意义。 The process flow of a large coal chemical plant is briefly introduced,and the characteristics of multi series parallel devices are explained.The differences,advantages and disadvantages between multi series parallel devices and traditional single series devices are analyzed.Based on the actual production and operation experience,the specific differences between multi series devices and traditional single series devices are explained in detail from three aspects:maintenance isolation mode,emergency treatment scheme and process index adjustment,and the corresponding solutions are put forward,which has a good reference for the production,maintenance and operation management after the large-scale coal chemical industry.
