摘要
钢筋混凝土结构中钢筋的锈蚀或腐蚀是导致结构耐久性退化的主要因素之一。综合现有的研究可知,碳化使混凝土中性化,而氯离子起催化剂的作用,两者均能破坏钢筋表面的水化氧化膜。氯离子穿透保护层混凝土到达钢筋表面,钢筋锈蚀开始。钢筋锈蚀物体积膨胀,在混凝土内部堆积和扩散能减缓锈蚀速率,但钢筋的锈蚀速率主要由保护层质量和环境条件决定。现有的钢筋锈蚀模型多是经验公式,而钢筋的预测模型对于研究混凝土结构耐久性问题十分重要,故仍有必要进一步研究。结合国内外大量的研究,对混凝土结构中的钢筋锈蚀问题进行了系统的分析,对于有效解决钢筋锈蚀问题以及提高混凝土结构耐久性具有重要意义。
The corrosion of steel bars is one of the main reasons for the durability of concrete structures.Based on the existing research,carbonation can neutralize concrete,while chloride ions can act as catalysts.Both can destroy the hydration oxide film on the surface of steel bars,which is the main factor causing corrosion of steel bars in concrete structures.The accumulation and diffusion of steel corrosion products in concrete can slow down the corrosion rate,but the corrosion rate of steel is mainly determined by the quality of protective layer and environmental conditions.The existing corrosion models of reinforcement are mostly empirical formulas,and the prediction models of reinforcement are very important for the studying of the durability of concrete structure.Numerous studies at home and abroad have systematically analyzed the problem of reinforcement corrosion in concrete structures,which is of great significance to effectively solve the problem of reinforcement corrosion and improve the durability of concrete structures.
