不均匀浇筑对模板支架体系受力性能影响研究

为研究轮扣式模板支架在不均匀浇筑的情况下,杆件的受力情况,现场搭建轮扣式模板支架,并用钢筋来模拟混凝土的浇筑。在支架的立杆和横杆上粘贴应变片,加载重量时,利用静态应变仪再监测杆件的应变值,应力、应变以及轴力的关系,算出杆件的应力和轴力值,通过判断杆件的内力变化情况,分析支撑体系的受力性能,研究支架体系的受力特点和传递规律,得出相关结论,为现场混凝土的浇筑提供指导。

In order to study the stress of the wheel-coupler type formwork supporting.The wheel buckle formwork support was constructed on site,and the reinforcement was used to simulate concrete pouring.Strain gauges are pasted on the vertical and horizontal bars of the support.When the weight is loaded,the static strain gauge is used to monitor the strain value of the bar,the relationship between stress,strain and axial force,and the stress and axial force value of the bar are calculated.By judging the internal force changes of the bar,the mechanical performance of the support system is analyzed,and the stress characteristics and transfer rules of the support system are studied,and relevant conclusions are drawn.Provide guidance for concrete placement on site.
