深水基坑PLC工法桩围堰设计与应用

摘要 在桥梁建设中,有些桥墩基础处在开挖深度大,覆盖层浅、水位深位置,若该类基坑仍采用传统的拉森钢板桩,则会极大增加材料用量,使施工步骤更加繁杂。PLC工法桩围堰是通过钢板桩与钢管桩组合的形式,增加了截面刚度,节省了钢板桩材料用量。以温玉铁路漩门湾特大桥PLC工法桩围堰支护为例,对其开挖各工况进行计算,确保了承台基础高效、安全施工。 In bridge construction,some pier foundations are located at the positions with large excavation depth,shallow overburden and deep water level.If traditional Larsen steel sheet piles are still used for such foundation pits,the amount of materials will be greatly increased and the construction steps will be more complicated.The PLC pile cofferdam is a combination of steel sheet pile and steel pipe pile,which increases the section stiffness and saves the amount of steel sheet pile materials.Taking the cofferdam support of Xuanmenwan Bridge on Wenyu Railway as an example,this paper calculates the excavation conditions to ensure the efficient and safe construction of the cushion cap foundation.
