摘要
针对城市地下空间开发中时常发生新建结构物与既有或废弃结构物间的遭遇事故,以合肥市某小学改扩建项目中深基坑围护结构施工遭遇废弃人防设施为研究对象,综合考虑项目施工技术、环境影响、地质条件等特点,提出了“钢板桩围堰填充法”施工方案。经实践,该方法可有效保证围护桩的正常施工,达到深基坑支护止水的目的,并实现了工程经济性。
In view of the frequent accidents between new structures and existing or abandoned structures in the development of urban underground space,taking abandoned civil air defense facilities encountered in the construction of deep foundation pit retaining structure of a primary school renovation project in Hefei City as the research object,the construction scheme of“steel sheet pile cofferdam filling method”is proposed comprehensively considering the project construction technology,environmental impact,geological conditions and other characteristics.Through practice,this method can effectively guarantee the normal construction of the retaining pile,achieve the purpose of deep foundation pit support and water stop,and realize the economy of the project.
