摘要
填充式大粒径水泥乳化沥青稳定碎石材料(FLCEA)主要由大粒径粗集料骨架和填充在骨架空隙的细集料组成,压实后难以采用传统灌砂法测试压实度。采用瞬态冲击法对压实后、不同压实度的FLCEA进行压实质量测试,并分别建立了加速度均值和压实度之间的线性函数关系式,同时研究了填充料用量对FLCEA压实质量检测结果的影响。研究结果表明:不同级配试件由于瞬态冲击产生的加速度平均值与压实度具有显著的相关性,表明加速度平均值可以很好地反映混合料的压实质量,此外,相同压实度下,填充料用量高于或低于设计用量时,测试的加速度平均值均小于标准填充料用量。
The Filled Large-particle Size Cement Emulsified Asphalt stabilized gravel material(FLCEA)is mainly composed of large-particle size coarse aggregate skeleton and fine aggregate filled in the skeleton gap.After compaction,it is difficult to use the traditional sand filling method to test the compacting degree.In this paper,the transient impact method was used to test the compaction quality of FLCEA with different compaction degrees,and the linear function relationship between the mean acceleration and the compaction degree was established respectively.At the same time,the influence of the amount of filling material on the test results of FLCEA compaction quality was studied.The results show that there is a significant correlation between the average acceleration generated by transient impact and the compaction degree of specimens of different grades,indicating that the average acceleration can well reflect the compaction quality of the mixture.In addition,under the same compaction degree,when the amount of filling material is higher or lower than the design amount,the average acceleration of the test is smaller than the standard filling material amount.
