摘要
针对开级配超薄罩面易产生孔隙堵塞、路面易松散剥落等问题,提出密级配高黏超薄罩面,采用高黏改性沥青及密级配进行超薄罩面性能探究。通过试验探究表明,高黏改性沥青60℃动力黏度达到35万Pa·s,密级配高黏超薄罩面混合料残留稳定度达98.7%,劈裂强度比也均达到98.4%,动稳定度达到7845次/mm,弯拉应变达到4694.30×10-6με。实践证明,密级配超薄罩面用高黏改性沥青具有良好的黏附性,其混合料路用性能优异,是一种优良的预防养护手段,具有较好的应用前景。
In view of the problems that,the open-graded ultra-thin overlay is easy to cause pore plugging and the pavement is easy to be loose and peeled off,this paper proposes to use dense graded high-viscosity ultra-thin overlay,and use high-viscosity modified asphalt and dense graded to explore the performance of ultra-thin overlay.The test results show that the dynamic viscosity of high viscosity modified asphalt at 60℃reaches 350000 Pa·s,the residual stability of dense graded high viscosity ultra-thin overlay mixture reaches 98.7%,the splitting strength ratio also reaches 98.4%,the dynamic stability reaches 7845 times/mm,and the bending and tensile strain reaches 4694.30×10-6με,the practice has proved that the high viscosity modified asphalt used for dense graded ultra-thin overlay has good adhesion,and its mixture has excellent pavement performance,which is an excellent preventive maintenance method and has a good application prospect.
