水菱镁石-蛭石质防火隔板制备及防火性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了探寻地下电缆更高防火等级对防火隔板材料的新要求,利用水菱镁石的分解吸热作用与膨胀蛭石的填充隔热作用,将二者复合并通过纤维增强,以及轻烧氧化镁-水菱镁石-二氧化碳体系胶结剂结合,经混合成型、养护、干燥,制备水菱镁石-蛭石质防火隔板。防火隔板体积密度介于630~650 kg/m^(3),抗折强度超过2.4 MPa,1000℃高温喷烧180 min后,10 mm厚样品的背火面温度仅346℃,比相同条件下的玻镁防火板低约200℃。 Hydromagnesite-vermiculite-based fire barrier was prepared to fit a higher fire protection demand of underground electric cables.The fire barrier material is based on the endothermic reaction of hydromagnesite decomposition and the filling insulation of expanded vermiculite at high temperatures.Hydromagnesite and expanded vermiculite were mixed with reinforced fiber and a complex binder of active magnesia-hydromagnesitecarbon dioxide system.The fresh mixture was molded,cured,and dried sequentially.The prepared fire barrier has a bulk density of 630-650 kg/m^(3) and a minimum flexural strength of 2.4 MPa.After high-temperature spray firing at 1000℃for 180 min,the backfire surface temperature of the sample at 10 mm thickness was only 346℃,nearly 200℃lower than the glass fiber-magnesium oxychloride fire protection material at the same testing condition,and it has good fire protection and thermal insulation performance.
