摘要
为改善垃圾焚烧飞灰中重金属含量,本试验采用硫化钠球磨反应固化垃圾焚烧飞灰中重金属。结果表明,硫化钠的最佳用量为0.125‰,球磨反应最佳时间为5 min,固化后飞灰Cd、Cr、Cu、Pb、Zn质量浓度均符合GB 16889-2008规定,其中Cd、Cr、Cu、Zn质量浓度远低于标准限值,Pb质量浓度较靠近标准限值。处理每吨飞灰硫化钠成本为0.5~0.8元,是“螯合剂+水泥固化法”成本的2.5‰左右。本方法成本低,效率高,操作简单,实用性强,为飞灰处理提供了有效路径。
In order to effectivey reduce the content of heavy metals in waste incineration fly ash,this paper studies the solidification of heavy metals in waste incineration fly ash by sodium sulfide ball milling reaction.The results show that the optimum dosage of sodium sulfide is 0.125‰,and the optimum time of ball milling reaction is 5 min.The concentrations of Cd,Cr,Cu,Pb and Zn in the solidified fly ash meet the requirements of GB 16889-2008,among which the concentrations of Cd,Cr,Cu and Zn are much lower than the standard limit,and the concentration of Pb is close to the standard limit.The cost of treating sodium sulfide per ton of fly ash is 0.5~0.8 yuan,which is about 2.5‰of the cost of"chelating agent+cement solidification method".This method has the advantages of low cost,high efficiency,simple operation and strong practicability,which provides an effective path for fly ash treatment.
