弹性纤维联合流动树脂在前牙缺失粘合修复中的应用

摘要 探讨弹性纤维联合流动树脂在前牙缺失粘合修复中的应用,根据治疗方式的不同分为观察组和对照组,用弹性纤维联合流动树脂进行修复治疗的为观察组,用传统的流动树脂进行修复治疗的为对照组,将2组的修复满意度,前牙的修复状况进行比较。经过观察分析发现,在进行修复治疗后6、12个月后,从牙龈出血指数、牙周袋深度以及附着丧失几个方面进行比较,观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05);待修复1年后,前牙修复体的舒适度、美观性、发音情况、咀嚼功能以及满意度观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。由此可知,在前牙缺失修复治疗中,弹性纤维联合流动树脂的修复治疗效果要明显优于传统的流动树脂修复治疗效果。 The application of elastic fiber combined with flow resin in the restoration of anterior tooth loss was dis⁃cussed.The subjects were divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment meth⁃ods.The group treated with elastic fiber combined with flow resin was the observation group and the group treated with traditional flow resin was the control group.The repair satisfaction and the repair status of anterior teeth were compared between the two groups.After observation and analysis,it is found that the gingival bleeding index,peri⁃odontal pocket depth and attachment loss in the observation group are lower than those in the control group 6 and 12 months after repair treatment,and P<0.05.After one year of repair,the comfort,aesthetics,pronunciation and masticatory function and patient satisfaction in the observation group are higher than those in the control group,and P<0.05.Therefore,in the restoration treatment of anterior tooth loss,the effect of elastic fiber combined with flow resin is significantly better than that of traditional flow resin.
